What is the difference between PP fiber and polyester filament?

PP fibers are polypropylene fibers, while polyester filaments are polyester fibers.

Polyester fiber, a synthetic fiber obtained by spinning a polyester obtained by polycondensation of an organic dibasic acid and a diol. Referred to as PET fiber, it is the first large variety of synthetic fibers. In addition, its advantages are good wrinkle resistance and shape retention, high strength and elastic recovery, polypropylene filaments are durable and wrinkle-free.

The production of polypropylene includes short fibers, filaments and split fibers. The polypropylene film fiber is obtained by first forming a polypropylene into a film, and then stretching the film to split it into a network of fibrils.

Shandong Zhiwei Chemical Fiber Products Co., Ltd. was established in 2003. After several years of hard work, it has developed into a specialized large-scale polypropylene chemical fiber company integrating production and sales. The main products are: PP fiber, polypropylene fiber, polypropylene. Medium strength wire, polypropylene high strength wire, high strength polypropylene fiber, polypropylene rope, safety net, polypropylene engineering fiber, polypropylene mesh fiber, polyester fiber.
